Smiddi is named after, and is a salute to, the much missed and talented songwriter / keyboardist of JWD.

With three JWD members: Doze, Matt Mueller and Andrew Now, along with good friend Lauren HIllman (Kotomi / Delcroy), Smiddi is a tribute to his memory.
